City of Victoria Receives Credit Rating Upgrade

Recently, Standard & Poor's, a provider of independent credit ratings, upgraded the City of Victoria's credit rating from AA to AA+.  The credit rating upgrade reflects,"the City's good financial management, contributing to a trend of positive general fund operations, and maintenance of very strong reserves".
