City of Victoria Credit Rating Affirmed November 23, 2011

Recently, Standard & Poor's, a provider of independent credit ratings, affirmed the City of Victoria's credit rating of AA+.  The credit rating reflects,"the City's very strong financial reserves and good management oversight."
