Earth Day Community Walk
Discover new walking routes woven throughout Victoria by joining our Community Walk on Monday, April 22, 2024 for Earth Day.
Grab a friend during the day and follow one of the walking routes available on our Trail page. The City of Victoria will have a tent set up on Bayfront Plaza in downtown Victoria from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to hand out biodegradable bags and gloves if you would like to join our trail clean-up efforts on Earth Day. We would also like to invite you to our main community walk from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. along the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail. The City Council will be joining as we start at Bayfront Park and walk along the trail down to Kirke Lachen Park and back. This stretch of trail covers the new low-impact walking route #12.
Interested in adopting one of the walking routes for Earth Day? Sign up for a route here. Adopting a route for the day just means you're committing to cleaning up any debris along the route!
