2008 FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT

800 Trunk Radio Systems
Victoria Fire Department base and fire apparatus use the 800 trunk radio system. 1 base, 5 truck and 22 portables.

Rescue 11: Medical/Rescue

Rescue 11: Medical/Rescue Cassis: 2000 Ford F450 4 person cab; Power Stroke diesel engine; automatic transmission, hydraulic generator; 8000 lb warn front mount winch.

Medical Equipment: Automatic External Defribulator; oxygen; suction unit; adult and pediatric trauma burn bags.

Rescue Equipment: Airbags, Gneisses extrication tools; cribbing; long board's, Stokes basket, splints, sawzall; traffic control supplies; stabilization kit.

Grass 11: Grass/Medical

Grass 11: Grass/Medical Chassis: 1978 Chevrolet 1 ton truck, 2 person cab with 350 V8 and automatic transmission. 12,000lb warn front mount winch.

Medical Equipment: Automatic External Defribulator; oxygen; suction unit; adult and pediatric trauma burn bags; long board.

Grass Firefighting Equipment: Waterous Wildland portable 400 psi pump; 200 gallon booster tank with 5 gallon foam cell; 2 each side mounted hose reel with 150 feet of 1/2" high pressure booster hose; Wildland high pressure nozzles; Robwen Foam System; chainsaw, Indian backpack fire pumps; firefighting hand tools.

Utility 11: Personnel Carrier

Utility 11: Personnel Carrier Chassis: 1972 Chevrolet Step Van with a 350 V8, 3 speed transmission, 9 firefighter capacity.

Firefighter Equipment: 8 Scott SCBA (Self Contain Breathing Apparatus) NXG2 Air packs with 30 minute bottles; Firefighting hand tools; Smoke extrication fans; 4 each Mustang Ice Com-mander Rescue Suits; 3 each Stearns Cold Water Rescue Suits; Accountability board; Chainsaw; Portable generator.

Utility 12: Grass/Equipment and Personnel Shuttle

Make: 2009 Polaris Ranger 6X6 carried by an Eagle American 80"x 12' aluminum trailer; 2 person cab.

Firefighting Equipment: 5.5 Gas Honda engine with 1,800psi high pressure pump at 1.8 GPM; 35 gallon booster tank; Stihl backpack blower; Hand tools; Two Indian backpack fire pumps.

1929 Pumper

Antique 1929 Chevrolet Pumper that has been restored and used for attending parades. This was the first gas powered fire truck Vic-toria Fire Department purchase. It was paid for by the firefighters going door to door for donations and Dance proceeds during the mid-1920. It was restored in 2001 by Mid West Fire with Smelt Fry and Fishing Contest proceeds.

Boat 11: Water/Ice Rescue Equipment

Make: 2003 Rescue One 1600 Connector Boot (16'); 1000 Transport Trailer; Mercury 40hp 4 stroke outboard motor.

Water Rescue Equipment: Lowrance X125 Depth Locator; Aqua-Vu water camera; 6 each life jackets; 1 each life ring; 6 each floating depth markers; 2 million CP Spotlight; 4000' of water rescue 1/2" rope in 500' lengths for Ice Rescue Suits shore lines; Ice Rescue Bag with (8 strobe lights, Ice Picks, 50' rescue throw rope, carabineers; Isothermal blankets).

Boat 12: Water/Ice Rescue

Make: 12' Zoom inflatable air boat; Suzuki 6hp 4 stroke outboard motor.

Note: This boat and motor is transported with Boat 11.

Tanker 11: Water Tender

Tanker 11: Water Tender Manufacture: Contender by Pierce

Chassis: 2006 Kenworth; Cummins ISC-330 Diesel Engine; Allison 3000EVS Automatic Transmission; 2 person cab.

Fire Apparatus Spec's: Darley PTO 500 gpm pump; 2000 gallon booster tank; 10" rear dump with 180 degree rotation; 1 each 2 ½" pump inlet; 1 each 2 ½" pump discharge; 1 each 4" pump discharge; 2 each 1 ½" discharge mid-ship cross lays; Rear hydrant fill.

Firefighting Equipment: 2 each 2000 gallon drop tanks; Mid-ship cross lays with 150' of 1 ¾" attack hose lines; 2 each hard suction hose with jetting plates; 25' length of 6" diameter hydrant supply hose; 3 each 50' length of 3" diameter attack line; 2 each 50' length of 1 ¾" attack line; 1 each Hydrant Storz-Lok water thief; 30 gallons of class A foam; 10 gallons of Class B foam; Traffic control supplies; 100 pounds of floor dry.

Chassis: 2006 Freightliner M2; Caterpillar C7 Acert 300hp diesel engine; Allison 3000EVS automatic transmission; 2 person cab.

Fire Apparatus Spec's: Darley pump powered by Briggs and Stratton OHV Vanguard V Twin gas engine with a pump rating of 375gpm @ 25psi / 100gpm @ 140psi; Electric rewind hose reel with 100' of 1" hose; 1 each 2 ½" pump inlet; 1 each 2 ½" pump discharge; 2000 gallon booster tank; 2 each cab/rear electric operated 10" dumps located one on driver's side behind cab door and second center rear of truck; Rear hydrant fill.

Firefighting Equipment: 2 each hard suction with jetting plates; 25' length of 6" diameter hydrant supply hose; 10' roof ladder; 14' roof ladder; 30' extension ladder; 40' extension pole ladder.

Fire Apparatus Spec's: Hales 1,000gpm single stage mid-ship pump; 750 gallon booster tank; 6" inlet's from front and mid-ship both sides, 2 ½" inlet's mid-ship both sides; 4" discharge mid-ship drivers side, 2 ½" mid-ship both sides, 2 ½' rear discharge left and right side with the right rear discharge plumb with 1 ½" inline foam enductor, 1 ½" right rear discharge, 2 each mid-ship cross lay discharge; 5000 watt Onan generator powering manual 110 volt cord reel in rear compartment and 2 each 1,000 watt telescoping quarts lights mid-ship mount.
