Why monthly billing?

How will this impact you?
  • Invoices will be mailed on the 5th of each month
  • Payment will be due by the 26th of each month
How can the switch be made easier for users?
Sign up for automatic payments by filling out the Auto Pay for Utilities Service PDF or for online billing on Pay My Utility Bill.
How will this affect the bill total?
Instead of receiving a quarterly bill for three months of usage, the monthly bill will only charge for the usage in the preceding month. The new monthly bill should be about a third of the expected total on a quarterly bill. Monthly usage rates are available.
How will this affect my bill if I use autopay?
If a Utilities User is already signed up for autopay for their utility bill, the system will automatically switch them to monthly payments and no further action is necessary.
