Water Rates

The water quarterly base charge is $30.00. The water rate structure encourages water conservation as required by the Department of Natural Resources. The water rates have an off-season rate (October 1 thru March 31), which includes the $30.00 per quarter base charge, plus an additional charge of $2.81 per 1,000 gallons of water used. The in-season rate (April 1 thru September 30) includes the base charge of $30.00 per quarter, plus the progressive usage charges listed in the table.

Sewer Rates

The sewer quarterly base charge is $36.44. A consumption charge of $2.55 per 1,000 gallons of average winter water consumption is charged. The winter average is calculated each year on the second quarter bill and is based on the average usage of the fourth quarter and first quarter. New customers without a winter quarter average are charged based on actual water use up to 30,000 gallons.

Storm Water Rates

The storm water quarterly base charge is $29.00.
