Drop-In Fitness Classes
The Victoria Recreation Center fitness center provides quality Drop-In Fitness classes for members and guests. Class participants must be at least 15 years of age to attend without a participating parent or guardian. Classes are held in the Fitness Center. Classes are subject to change without prior notice, call 952-443-4255 to confirm class times.
Drop-in fitness classes are included in Gold and Platinum Memberships. Members aren non-members are welcome to attend classes with either a daily fee or punch card option. Please check-in at the front desk prior to attending classes.
Drop-In Fitness Class Fees

Punch Card Fees

A strength training and core conditioning class that can include medicine balls, stability balls, gliding discs, dumbbells and body bars for a whole body workout. Instructor: Mandy
Mandy's Boot Camp
Are you up for a challenge? This athletic-based workout includes cardiovascular and strength training drills that will be sure to make you sweat. Instructor: Mandy
Total Body Conditioning
This class will boost your overall cardiovascular and muscular fitness through intervals, strength training, plyometrics, and core training. We will use a variety of equipment including: weights, resistance bands, body bars, exercise balls, and BOSU. Individuals of all ages are welcome to join in the fun. Instructor: Kaari
This class is designed for individuals 55 and older who are looking for a low to moderate intensity workout. This class increase your overall cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Exercises are geared towards functional everyday activities with an emphasis on balance, fall prevention, coordination, range of movement, strength and flexibility.
Kaari's Boot Camp
This high-intensity fast-paced class is a great way to get in a total body workout by increasing your strength, aerobic fitness and burning more fat and calories. Exercises include multi-joint movements to get the most out of your workout. Plyometric and high-intensity intervals are also included in class. Individuals are encouraged to work at their own fitness level.
Start your weekend with an energizing cardiovascular workout and chisel (sculpt) your body with a variety of iron-pumping tools. Each instructor will bring you something different for a body-blowing workout!
Love getting a tough workout? You will be challenged by non-stop intervals of cardio and strength training. Be sure to bring your energy!
Get ultra-lean and totally defined in this Pilates and Yoga fusion class! Redefine every single muscle using your own body weight, all while gaining the strength and flexibility you need for hardcore results. This class is designed around an easy to follow routine for 4 to 6 weeks at a time, along with modifications for beginner/advanced participants. All fitness levels welcome, men and women!
