The Finance Department provides financial management for the city and oversees all financial activity, including:
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Utility billing
  • Investing
  • Debt management
  • Managing other city assets

The Finance Department also produces budgets and a capital improvement plan with the assistance of other city departments.

The department strives to present accurate, timely, and complete financial information in an understandable and friendly manner to the residents and staff members of the city.

Special Assessments
View the list of levied assessments as of January 1, 2018.  Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, however, neither the City of Victoria or its employees assume any liability in the event of error or admission.

To find out if a levied assessment has been paid since the beginning of the year, email Trisha Pollock and include the following information:
  • Parcel Identification Number (PID)
  • Property Address

Pending Assessments
There are currently  pending special assessments for street reconstruction or utility improvements, contact Trisha Pollock for information. For more information on delinquent utility bill balances, please call 952-443-4216.
