Organized by the City of Victoria's Parks & Recreation Department, this year's lineup features fun for all ages. Bring a lawn chair or blanket as you find a comfy spot on the hill overlooking the stage.
2023 Victoria Concerts in the Park Lineup
June 7 – Star of the North Jazz Orchestra
The Star of the North Jazz Orchestra is a group of musicians from all walks of life including teachers, students, and professional musicians, united by their love of performing jazz at the highest standard and our commitment to educate and mentor the next generation of Twin Cities jazz musicians through educational outreach and community engagement.
June 14 * – Just Dave and the Rockin’ All Stars
'Just Dave and the The Rockin' All Stars Band' is a group of musicians that performed in popular Twin Cities bands back in the 60’s and 70’s (Gregory Dee and the Avanties, The Castaways, The Del Counts, Canoise). These rockers have been performing in rock bands for over 50 years! All band members of 'The Rockin' All Stars' are inductees into the Minnesota Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Thus, the band name... All Stars!June 21 – Minnesota Valley Community Band
The Minnesota Valley Community Band is a group of 60+ dedicated individuals who enjoy playing for the public. They are located in the Chanhassen/Chaska area but have members from many surrounding cities. The band was formed in the summer of 1986 and has been playing concerts in Carver County and the surrounding environs ever since.June 28 * – Power of 10
With more than 1,400 performances, Power of 10 features dynamic vocalists, an awe-inspiring horn section and a superb rhythm section performing a mix of timeless and current hits. Power of 10 provides an entertaining, high energy, and exciting performance.
July 12* - Bambi Alexandra and The Dark Horse Blues Band
Bambi Alexandra is an Americana singer and songwriter with deep roots in the Blues, Folk, and Country. She has developed her own style, which is both soulful and downhome. She has performed all over the Upper Mid-West, from festival stages to VFW’s, hotels to honky-tonks.
July 19 – Wondercure
Wondercure is a classic rock band composed of six musicians from the surrounding area.
July 26 * – New Primitives
The New Primitives play a mixture of different genres, Reggae/Ska, R&B, Afro Cuban, World Music, deep Funk and American Rock and Roll. Sometimes all played at the same time. New Primitive live shows are legendary, big fun, hypnotic, dance filled events where the music is designed to bring the performers and the audiences into greater focus and deep into the groove, all day or night long! Prim’s bring a unique vibe unmatched by any of their contemporaries!August 2 – Puppets in the Park: The Z Puppets | 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Puppets in the Park - A La Carte: In a Fool’s Kitchen is a comic battle between a clown, French Chef, and a wily lobster set to live accordion music. This playfully interactive comedy features clowning, puppetry, music, and a few unruly vegetables. The show is meant for families and children over the age of 4 years.
August 9 * – Stimulus Package
Stimulus Package is a Minnesota-based musical pack of four, Lisa, Mikey, Thune and PJ. Versatile and comprehensive, their song list appeals to party goers from five to 105, and those who care to remain ageless. Literally no genre is off limits with musical mashups and an invigorating spin on the hits, from classic rock to rockin' country and everything in between.
