Outdoor Pickleball Courts at Diethelm Park
The 8 new outdoor pickleball courts at Diethelm Park behind the Victoria Recreation Center have fencing and net systems, and lighting lines the courts so play can extend into the evenings. A shaded seating area for spectators was also built next to the courts. There is no cost to play on the outdoor pickleball courts.

Park Hours
- Open 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Daily
- The courts are designated for open play on a first come, first served basis and unavailable for reservation with the exception of City of Victoria-approved programs.
- When courts are full, groups must play one game to 11 points and then rotate off the court.
- Players waiting to play should place paddles in the paddle rack in order of arrival.
- Players waiting for a court cannot skip over a partially filled group in front of them. This applies to all players, including foursomes who prefer to stay together.
- Bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, roller skates, and animals are not allowed on courts.
- Players should follow proper court etiquette and sportsmanship with players of all levels and ages.
- There is no cost to play on the outdoor pickleball courts.
- Courts are available for use from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
- Courts are not available for use during the snowier months of the year.
- Enjoy your time out on the courts!
