Project Details
Roers Companies was approved for a three-and four-story mixed-use apartment building. The building will have 125 dwellings units and 8,700 square feet of retail space. The property is guided in the City of Victoria's 2040 Comprehensive Plan as Downtown Mixed-Use. The project is aligned with the City's Comprehensive Plan, adopted Downtown Master Plan (2016) and Strategic Plan and is set to deliver expanded public parking, new commercial/retail space and housing. 

The building will consist of the following unit mix: Alcoves, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 Bedrooms, and 3 Bedrooms. Common amenities are expected to include interior and exterior seating and gathering spaces, outdoor patios, a party room, fitness room, dog run, and enclosed parking.  

The project will offer a combined number of 258 parking spaces. These stalls will be provided in three different areas: structured parking, a surface lot, and additional spaces on Rose Street. The structured parking will be one and one-half levels and will provide 148 parking spots exclusively for residents. The surface lot will have 76 parking stalls, of which 49 will be reserved for residents, while the remaining 27 will be available to customers of the commercial/retail users. There will be an additional 34 parking spaces on Rose Street. 

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on the project site at the corner of Highway 5 and Rose Street on October 23, 2023.
