The City of Victoria Administrative Services Department leads the City's commitment to providing high-quality services to the community of Victoria, Minnesota in alignment with the City Council's strategic vision.

City Manager

Under Victoria’s statutory Plan B form of government, the Victoria City Council selects a City Manager based on training, experience, and administrative qualifications. The City Manager has responsibility for the administration of all city business and is answerable to the City Council. The City Manager’s office oversees city operations, ensures financial stability, fosters sound financial management practices, and facilitates strategic planning for future growth and development, as well as operational efficiency.

Assistant City Managers
The Assistant City Managers work closely with the City Manager to drive city services services forward and make sure the city is meeting the needs of our community.

Office of the City Clerk
City Clerk

The city clerk has many statutory functions. The clerk and the mayor sign all official city documents (meeting minutes, resolutions, ordinances and more). The city clerk manages city elections and maintains official documents, minutes, ordinances, legal notices and licenses.

Administrative Offices
The Facilities team maintains all City of Victoria-owned and -operated buildings throughout the city. They also plan for the future of city facility infrastructure.

Human Resources
The Human Resource team manages all matters regarding human resources and staff training.

Information Technologies
The Information Technologies team manages the technological infrastructure at the City of Victoria.
